§ 98.05 STORAGE OF PACKING BOXES.
   The storage of empty packing cases, boxes, barrels or other similar combustible containers is forbidden, without a license, except in the open; provided, however, that, no license shall be required for the storage within a manufacturing or other establishment of sufficient packing cases, boxes, barrels or other similar containers to properly carry on its operations, but the storage shall be orderly and not so located as to endanger exit from the building. Storage in the open of packing cases, boxes, barrels or other similar combustible containers shall not be more than 20 feet in height and shall be so located, with respect to other buildings, as not to constitute a hazard. All storage shall be in a compact and orderly manner.
