§ 98.02 DEPOSIT OF COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS.
   No person shall deposit ashes, smoldering coal or embers, greasy or oily substances or other matter liable to create spontaneous ignition within ten feet of any wooden or plastered wall, partition, fence, floor, sidewalk, lumber, hay, shavings, rubbish or other combustible materials, except in metallic or other noncombustible receptacles. The receptacles, unless resting on a noncombustible floor or on the ground outside the building, must be placed on a noncombustible stand and, in every case, must be kept at least two feet away from any combustible wall or partition.
