§ 96.04 DESIGNATION OF SMOKING AREAS AND VENTILATION.

Any commercial establishment, which is licensed to sell food or liquor on the premises, or operates a licensed hotel or other lodging facility and permits smoking on its premises, shall permit smoking only in designated areas and provide for the elimination of and ventilation of smoke using a commercial grade smoke elimination system or machine.
