§ 96.03 COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT TO ESTABLISH INDIVIDUAL SMOKING POLICY.
   Any commercial establishment within the corporate boundaries of the village may choose to prohibit or permit smoking on their premises. Each commercial establishment is required to have affixed on the doors to their establishment, which are used by the public, a sign of at least four inches square, with letters of at least one-half inch in height, clearly written in the English language, notifying potential patrons of the nature and extent of their smoking policy.
