§ 94.042 LICENSE FEE AND TERM.
   (A)   The annual license fee for the operation of a scavenger business in the village shall be as provided in § 110.14.
   (B)   The license to permit the operation of a scavenger business in the village shall be for a term of one year which shall begin on January 1 of the year for which the license is issued and shall terminate on December 31 of the year.
