§ 91.18 PLANTING CERTAIN TREES PROHIBITED.
   The planting of the following trees within the corporate limits of the village is strictly prohibited and the trees are deemed to be a nuisance:
   (A)   Box Elder;
   (B)   Willow;
   (C)   Poplar; and
   (D)   Cottonwood.
