(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person notified by the Director of Public Works or Superintendent of Public Works to remove the offensive matter from the area fronting upon his or her place of residence or property owned by him or her, as per § 90.07, shall be fined not exceeding $10 for each day the offense continues within seven days after notification thereof.
