§ 80.03 CODE.

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise, CODE means any offense under the Illinois Vehicle Code (adopted by the village under Title VII of the Code) or a similar offense that is a traffic regulation governing the movement of vehicles and except for a reportable offense under § 6-204 of the Illinois Vehicle Code ( ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 6-204).
