To accomplish the foregoing purpose, § 11-208.3 of the Illinois Vehicle Code (ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, §§ 11-208.3 et seq.) is hereby adopted in its current form and as it may be amended from time to time for adjudication of vehicular regulation violations to the extent permitted by the Illinois constitution.
