(A) The stated purpose of this chapter is to provide for the fair and efficient enforcement of municipal regulations through the administrative adjudication of violations of village ordinances regulating the standing and parking of vehicles, the condition and use of vehicle equipment and the display of vehicle licenses or stickers within the village borders, and establishing a schedule of uniform fines and penalties and authority and procedures for collection of unpaid fines and penalties.
(B) For purposes of this chapter, VEHICLE COMPLIANCE VIOLATION means the violation of any regulation governing the condition or use of equipment on a vehicle or governs the display of village licenses or stickers.
