(A) (1) It shall be unlawful to stop, stand or park a vehicle along and upon the following streets within the village, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the direction of a police officer or traffic-control device or for the loading or unloading of passengers for a period not longer than three minutes or for the loading or unloading of property for a period not longer than 15 minutes:
(a) Kostner Avenue, either side;
(b) Pulaski Avenue, either side;
(c) 135th Street, either side; and
(d) 139 Street, either side.
(2) Any person violating these provisions shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during or on which a violation continues to exist.
(B) (1) Parking shall be prohibited on the following streets within the village: 135th Street at Long Avenue.
(2) The Village Board will prohibit future parking at the locations on or immediately adjacent to 135th Street and Long Avenue as may be determined and directed by the state to be necessary to ensure the free flow of traffic and safety to the motoring public.
