§ 76.05 PASSING VEHICLES PROCEEDING IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION.
   (A)   Drivers of vehicles proceeding in opposite directions, except as otherwise herein provided, shall pass each other to the right, and upon roadways having width for not more than one line of traffic in each direction, each driver shall give to the other at least one-half of the main traveled portion of the roadway as nearly as possible.
   (B)   On approaching another vehicle proceeding in an opposite direction and when within not less than 350 feet of same, any person in charge of a motorcycle or motor vehicle equipped with electric headlight or headlights shall dim or drop the headlight or headlights.
