§ 74.10 SCHOOL BUSES.
   (A)   Every bus used for the transportation of school children shall bear upon the front and rear thereof plainly visible signs containing the words "SCHOOL BUS" in letters not less than eight inches high and, in addition, shall be equipped with visual signals meeting the requirements of law which shall be actuated by the driver of the school bus whenever the brakes are applied.
   (B)   The visual signals shall be actuated by the driver at a distance of not less than 100 feet immediately preceding the point at which the bus stops for the purpose of loading or discharging passengers.
