Upon the erection of all rides, equipment, stages and attractions to be located, displayed or maintained at the special event (collectively for purposes of this section, "structures" and each a "structure"), the applicant shall notify the village Services Director, who shall make an on-site inspection of each structure. No structure shall be operated or used until it has been inspected by the Services Director and the Services Director has indicated in writing that the structure reasonably appears to be in a safe and operable condition. Any defect discovered by the Services Director will be immediately corrected by the applicant prior to using such structure. Use of a structure without approval shall be grounds for the suspension or revocation of the permit by the Services Director.
