§ 71.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   CLASS A BUS. A motor vehicle designed for the carrying and transportation of 24 or less passengers.

   CLASS B BUS. A motor vehicle designed for the carrying and transportation of 25 or more passengers.

   MOTOR VEHICLE. Any vehicle propelled otherwise than by the muscular power of humans or animal.

   TRACTOR. An automotive vehicle designed for and used to draw or haul one or more nonautomotive vehicles.
