(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to abandon any motor vehicle on any public way within the village.
(B) Any motor vehicle standing or parked on any public way in a state of disrepair as to be incapable of being driven in its condition or any motor vehicle which has not been moved or used for more than seven consecutive days and is apparently deserted shall be presumed to have been abandoned.
(C) Each day the vehicle remains so abandoned shall constitute a separate and distinct offense for which a separate penalty may be imposed.
