§ 100.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a special event or knowingly participate in any special event unless and until a permit to conduct the special event has been obtained from the Village Clerk. The Village Clerk shall issue a permit for a special event upon an applicant's compliance with the requirements of this chapter.
