§ 35.32 RESIDENCY.

No employee or appointed member of the Volunteer Fire Department or any unit or division thereof including, but not limited to, any Fire Chief, Deputy Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chief, Captain, Lieutenant, Commander, Deputy Commander or Volunteer Firefighter shall be required to reside within the village as a condition of appointment, employment or continued employment in such capacity.
