(A) Terms. All members of the Volunteer Part-Time Fire Safety and Rescue Unit shall be temporarily appointed for terms of office not exceeding six months. Members may be reappointed at the expiration of their terms of appointment.
(B) Removal. Members of the Unit may be removed by the Mayor as provided by the State Municipal Code and the village code.
