§ 35.09 OBEDIENCE TO OFFICERS; HINDRANCE; INJURY TO EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   Required obedience to officers. Every person who shall be present at a fire shall be subject and obedient to the orders of the Fire Chief and other officers of the Volunteer Fire Department engaged in extinguishing the fire and in the removal and protection of property.
   (B)   Hindering officers, injuring equipment prohibited. No person shall willfully hinder any officer or firefighter in the performance of his or her duty at a fire nor shall willfully, in any manner, destroy, injure or deface any fire apparatus belonging to the village.
