(A) The work period for members of the Fire Department shall be 28 consecutive days.
(B) The maximum hours to be worked by members of the Fire Department during the work period, 28 days, shall not exceed 212 hours.
(C) Members of the Fire Department shall be subject to call and assignment of duty within the work period as directed by the Fire Chief.
(D) The limitations provided by division (B) above shall not apply to executive, administrative or professional employees of the Fire Department.
