§ 34.12 BADGES.

(A) Every member of the Police Department shall wear a suitable badge to be furnished by the village and any member who shall lose or destroy the same shall be required to pay the cost of replacing it.

(B) Whenever any member shall leave the Department, he or she shall immediately deliver his or her badge to the Chief of Police.
