§ 34.07 WORK PERIOD; HOURS.
   (A)   The work period for officers of the Village Police Department shall be 28 consecutive days.
   (B)   The maximum hours to be worked by officers of the Police Department during the work period, 28 days, shall not exceed 171 hours.
   (C)   Members of the Police Department shall be subject to call and assignment of duty within the work period as directed by the Police Chief.
   (D)   The limitations provided by division (B) above shall not apply to executive, administrative or professional employees of the Police Department.
