(A) There is hereby created the Emergency Management Agency (referred to herein as “EMA”) to prevent, minimize, repair and alleviate injury or damage resulting from disaster caused by enemy attack, sabotage or other hostile action, or from natural or human-made disaster, in accordance with “The Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act of 2002”.
(B) This EMA shall consist of the coordinator and additional members as may be selected by the Coordinator.
