§ 33.053 SECRETARY TO THE BOARD.

The Board may employ a Secretary or may designate on of its own members to act as such. The Secretary’s duties shall be governed by law. He or she shall receive as his or her compensation sums as the Village Board may, in accordance with the annual appropriation ordinance, from time to time, provide.
