§ 33.050 BOARD ESTABLISHED; STATUTORY PROVISIONS ADOPTED.
   There is hereby established the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners to act under and in accordance with ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5 §§ 10-2.1-1 et seq., which article is hereby adopted.
