§ 33.017 ORGANIZATION.
   (A)   Meetings. The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet as needed at 7:00 p.m. on the second and/or fourth Monday of each month in the Crestwood Village Hall, 13840 South Cicero Avenue, Crestwood, County of Cook, State of Illinois, pursuant to notice as required by statute of not less than 15 days nor more than 30 days. All hearings conducted by the Board shall be open to the public.
   (B)   Secretary; minutes.
      (1)   The Board shall designate a Secretary to keep minutes of its proceedings showing the vote of each member upon each question or, if absent or failing to vote, indicating the fact, and who shall also keep records of the Board’s hearings and other official actions.
      (2)   Every rule or regulation, every amendment or repeal thereof and every order, requirement, decision and determination of the Board shall be filed immediately in the office of the Board and shall be a public record.
   (C)   Rules of procedure. The Board shall adopt its own rules of procedure not in conflict with the code or with the state statutes in which case made and provided.
   (D)   Quorum. The presence of four members shall be necessary to constitute a quorum.
