§ 33.003 ORGANIZATION.
   (A)   Meetings.
      (1)   The Crestwood Plan Commission will meet at 8:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Monday of each month in the Crestwood Village Hall, 13840 South Cicero Avenue, Crestwood, County of Cook, State of Illinois. The Chairperson may call for a specific meeting, but no official action may be taken unless notice is given of the time and place of the meeting, not more than 30 days, nor less than 15, days before the meeting, by publishing a notice thereof at least once in one or more newspapers having a general circulation in the village.
      (2)   All meetings conducted by the Commission shall be open to the public.
   (B)   Secretary; minutes. The Commission shall designate a Secretary to keep minutes of its proceedings showing the vote of each member upon each question or, if absent or failing to vote, indicating the fact, and who shall also keep records of the Commission’s hearings and other official actions. The minutes and records shall be filed immediately in the office of the Commission and shall be a public record.
   (C)   Rules of procedure. The Commission shall adopt its rules of procedure not in conflict with the village code nor with the state statutes in such case made and provided.
   (D)   Quorum. The presence of four members shall be necessary to constitute a quorum.
