§ 32.100 OFFICE ESTABLISHED; APPOINTMENT; TERM.
   (A)   There is hereby established the appointed office of Village Services Director for the village.
   (B)   The Village Services Director shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.
   (C)   The term of the Village Services Director shall be as announced by the Mayor at the time of appointment and shall not exceed four years or the remaining portion of the Mayor’s term of office, whichever is shorter.
