§ 32.070 QUALIFICATIONS; BOND.
   The Village Attorney shall be licensed to practice law in the state and before entering upon the duties of his or her office, he or she shall execute to the village a bond in the penal sum of $1,000 to be approved by the Mayor and Board of Trustees, conditioned for the faithful discharge of his or her duties.
