§ 32.043 CLERK TO SERVE AS COLLECTOR.

(A) Pursuant to the State Municipal Code, the Village Clerk shall act as and perform all the duties of Village Collector as provided by law and ordinance.

(B) The annual salary to be received by the Village Clerk for performing the duties of, and acting as, Village Collector shall be as stated in the annual appropriation ordinance, payable semi-monthly. The salary for the Village Clerk, acting as Village Collector, shall be in addition to the Village Clerk’s compensation as previously provided by ordinance.
