§ 31.10 ROBERT’S RULES OF ORDER.

   Robert’s Rules of Order, Revised, shall govern the Board relative to its parliamentary procedure, including, but not limited to, matters of:

   (A)   Priority of motions;

   (B)   Adjournments;

   (C)   Tabling;

   (D)   Previous question;

   (E)   Reference to committees;

   (F)   Amendments and substitutions;

   (G)   Postponements; and

   (H)   Reconsideration.
