§ 31.09 ADDRESSING THE BOARD.

No person, other than a member of the Board, shall address the Board without two-thirds consent of the members present. However, this restriction shall not apply to responses where reports are requested of, or inquiries directed to, the Village Treasurer, Village Attorney, Village Engineer or any other village official or employee.
