(A) Taking of vote. The yeas and nays of members shall be taken and entered on the minutes and every Village Trustee shall vote on every proposition unless excused by action of the Board.
(B) Special number of votes.
(1) Three-fourths vote of all members elected shall be required for:
(a) The sale or lease of real property;
(b) The sale of personal property;
(c) Ordinances vacating streets and alleys; and
(d) In all other instances where required by state statute.
(2) Two-thirds vote of all members elected shall be required for:
(a) The letting of contracts without the calling for bids, where permitted by state statute;
(b) Censure of a Board member who has refused to obey an order of the presiding Chairperson or acted in a manner disrespectful of the Board; and
(c) In all other instances where required by state statute.
