§ 36.10 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

The Finance Department shall be responsible for the assessment and collection of property taxes of the city, maintaining the financial affairs and accounts of the city and administering the budget of the city. The City Treasurer, whose duties and responsibilities are set forth in § 31.37, shall serve in the Department of Finance.
