(A) Fire lanes and parking areas shall be established on all city side streets and the fire lanes and parking areas shall be designated and posted by the Safety Commission with the advice of the City Engineer.
(B) No person shall be deemed in violation of this section unless the fire lane has been posted, in which event the violator shall be subject to the reasonable cost of towing of the vehicle in violation, as well as the penalties provided for violation of this section.
