(A) The parking or standing of motor vehicles, whether attended or unattended, next to or contiguous with the sidewalk area surrounding the perimeter of the buildings comprising the main buildings of the shopping center is prohibited.
(B) Signs indicating that the parking or standing of motor vehicles is prohibited shall be erected at appropriate places and intervals to advise the public that the area is restricted.
