§ 72.07 PARKING ON PARADE ROUTE.
   (A)   The Chief of Police or City Administrator is authorized whenever, in his or her judgment, it is necessary to prohibit or restrict the parking of vehicles along a street or part thereof constituting a part of the route of a parade, procession or any other event, or to erect temporary traffic signs to that effect, and to prohibit and prevent such parking.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to park or leave unattended any vehicle in violation of such signs or directions.
