§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Persons violating § 71.28, upon conviction, are guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500.

   (B)   Any person who violates § 71.30 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days, or both.
