713.02 EXEMPTIONS.

The provisions of Section 713.01 regarding the procurement of a license and payment of a license fee shall not apply to persons exempt from obtaining such license under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 715.63 and 715.64. However, such persons shall be required to register and furnish the information required by Section 713.01 before engaging in such activities.
