(a) No person shall sell, bargain to sell or solicit orders for goods, wares, merchandise for immediate or future delivery, or for services to be furnished or performed in the present or in the future, either by traveling from place to place within the Municipality by foot, wagon, automobile, motor truck or other type of conveyance without first obtaining a license from the Safety-Service Director to perform such activity.

(b) Registration shall be made by filing with the Clerk such forms furnished by the Safety-Service Director containing the information required by the Safety-Service Director.
(c) The license fee shall be five dollars ($5.00) per day.
