(A) Provision of water supply. The subdivision shall be provided with a complete water distribution system, including a connection for each lot and appropriately spaced fire hydrants which shall not be greater than 500 feet apart.
(B) Location of water lines. All water lines shall be located between the curb line and the property line within any street right-of-way.
