(A) The provision of street pavement, curbs and sidewalks, on all existing abutting streets required to be improved, and all proposed streets, shall be as shown in the table in § 154.083. All streets shall be graded, surfaced and improved to the grades and dimensions shown on plans, profiles and cross-sections submitted by the subdivider and/or land developer and approved by the borough.
(B) The table in § 154.083 specifies those improvements which are the responsibility of the subdivider. In the case of arterial streets, the State Department of Transportation or the borough may provide additional improvements over and above those required to be installed by the subdivider.
