(A) Sketch plans should be clearly and legibly drawn to such a scale that the intent of the applicant may be seen and understood in sufficient detail.
(B) The following sheet sizes are preferred:
(1) Eighteen inches by 24 inches; and
(2) Twenty-four inches by 36 inches.
(C) Information shown on a sketch plan shall be at the discretion of the applicant, but for maximum usefulness the following information should be included:
(1) Tract boundaries and a statement of the total acreage of the tract;
(2) North point, scale and date of drawing;
(3) Name or other identifying title of the proposal;
(4) Significant topographical and physical features, including floodplains and flood-prone areas;
(5) Proposed arrangement of streets and lots;
(6) A location map with sufficient information to enable the location of property; and
(7) Zoning regulations affecting the design of the proposal.
