§ 154.001 AUTHORITY.
   The Borough Council shall have the authority to regulate subdivision and land development within the borough as provided for by § 501 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, being 53 P.S. §§ 10101 et seq., upon enactment of this chapter.
