§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 152.01 through 152.05 shall be fined not more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each days continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 152.40 through 152.43 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $15 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 152.40 through 152.43 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
