§ 152.21 PROPERTY OWNERS TO CONSTRUCT OR RECONSTRUCT SIDEWALKS.
   Every owner of property in the borough shall, on 30 days’ notice from the Borough Council, construct or reconstruct a sidewalk, which shall conform to all applicable requirements of this subchapter, in front of or alongside such property.
