(A) In any case where a provision of this subchapter is found to be in conflict with any other provision in the borough code of ordinances on the effective date of this subchapter, the provisions which establish the higher standard for the promotion and protection of the health and safety of the community shall prevail.
(B) In any case where a portion of this subchapter is held by any court having jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this subchapter shall remain in force and effect.
