§ 151.39 AUTHORITY FOR THE ISSUANCE OF VIOLATION TICKETS AND CITATIONS FOR QUALITY OF LIFE VIOLATIONS.
   Upon the finding of a quality of life violation, any public officer of the borough as hereinabove defined or appointed from time to time by the Borough Council, may issue quality of life violation tickets and/or citations to:
   (A)   The owner, tenant, occupant or individual of the property at issue; or
   (B)   To an individual known to have violated the provisions of this subchapter.
