§ 91.041 PROVISIONS ENFORCED BY MAYOR.
   (A)   The Borough Council recognizes the continual problems the borough has had with individuals who continually allow grass and weeds to grow on their properties and who fail to remove snow and ice from their sidewalks.
   (B)   Borough Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to enforce the provisions of this subchapter relating to noxious vegetation.
   (C)   The Mayor shall have the responsibility to issue any enforcement notices and shall be responsible for the prosecution of violations of the above provisions both before the District Justice’s Office and before the Court of Common Pleas with the assistance of the Borough Solicitor, as needed.
   (D)   Council directs that a copy of this subchapter shall be forwarded Magisterial District No. 21-3-03 for the District Justice’s records.
